HALES CORNERS -- The popular China Lights lantern festival opens again at the Boerner Botanical Gardens this weekend.
This year's festival will feature nearly 50 large, hand-made lantern displays, with more than 1,000 individual components. There will be two dining areas, six new food vendors, and two stages with room for Chinese folk-culture activities.
