HALES CORNERS -- China Lights Lantern Festival: Panda-Mania at Boerner Botanical Gardens has been extended by one week through October 28.
This lantern festival showcases over 41 light-up sculptures and stretches over nine miles in Milwaukee's Botanical Gardens.
"It looks like we'll have another week of clear skies, so we wanted to give everyone a few more days to enjoy this spectacular event. From the ping-pong-ball panda to the shark tunnel, this show has sights you won't want to miss," Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele said in a statement.
Ticket sales will continue at the Park's location as well as online. To purchase e-tickets online, click here. People who purchase tickets online will be given priority access at the welcome game.
China Lights will be open Tuesdays through Sundays, from 5:30–10 p.m., until it officially closes Sunday, Oct. 28, at 10 p.m. The event is closed on Mondays. For more information on Panda-Mania, click here.
