NEW BERLIN — A man drove a few hundred yards through Malone Park Playground in New Berlin at around 2 p.m. Thursday, New Berlin Police said.
Eventually, the car was stopped after hitting the playground fence and hitting a tree.
No children were injured. However, a woman near the playground suffered minor injuries. She was taken to the hospital.
As for the driver, he was also taken to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is unknown. It's also unclear why he drove through the park. There was no one else in the car with him.
Police are still investigating this crash.
