MILWAUKEE -- Café Hollander launched a brand new brunch menu Thursday that will now be served seven days a week at all five Café Hollander locations.
The menu features over two dozen new items created by culinary director Thomas Hauck, who joined the Lowlands Groups earlier this year.
The chef traveled to both Belgium and the Netherlands while developing the menu so customers can expect more traditional European dishes in addition to their hearty 'day-after' meals.
Café Hollander’s famous Liège waffles remain a fixture on the menu but are joined by new additions such as wafflebrowns, pannkoeken and lower cost breakfast sandwiches.
The cafe has also added a new coffee blend to the menu which customers can sample for free throughout November with the purchase of any weekday brunch item.
The new brunch menu is available at all five Café Hollander locations and is served weekdays from 8-11 a.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
