In the show, that has since been spun-off into an American series on FOX, celebrities perform weekly in ridiculous costumes as judges attempt to guess who's behind the mask.
Under the alias "Hip Hop Boy" Thames held his own during a duet version of Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely."
Without trepidation, he kept the vocals coming in the K-pop song "Americano" after his identity was revealed.
