Brunch is no longer just a meal but a weekly ritual, and Blue Bat Kitchen and Tequilaria is joining the hype.
The restaurant will be open for brunch starting Saturday.
Blue Bat's globally-inspired cuisine is carrying over into their brunch menu that will be served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
"What we have captured is a snapshot of literal and adapted brunch favorites, offering our guests a wide of variety of options and flavors," said Hospitality Democracy Executive Chef/Vice President of Food and Beverage, Alex Sazama in a news release.
Those flavors include Jamaican banana fritters, ginger soy glazed pork belly benedict, churro pancakes and more.
