MILWAUKEE — Four children and three adults were taken to the hospital after a crash Friday morning.
The Milwaukee Fire Department said that three adults were transported to Froedtert and four children taken to Children's Wisconsin after a multi-vehicle crash in the 4400 block of N. Hopkins Street.
Authorities say shortly after 10:30 a.m. Friday, one of the vehicles was speeding when the driver lost control and hit another driver head-on. Officers say all five people inside the speeding vehicle was taken to the hospital. There were two people in the other car. Both were taken to the hospital, one in critical condition. Three of the seven victims are being treated for serious injuries.
Police say this is an ongoing investigation.
