The Appleton Police Department is preaching for safe driving after they released video of a driver flying over a roundabout Monday.
In a Facebook posted on the department's page, we see a vehicle jump the curb of the roundabout at Northland and Richmond. The car lands on the other side and sparks are seen as the car screeches off-screen.
The driver was arrested and charged with several traffic violations including a first offense OWI and reckless driving.
The driver was treated for minor injuries and was then released. Police say no one else was hurt.
