Accused attacker faces homicide charge in West Allis stabbing

WEST ALLIS — West Allis Police say the man accused of stabbing and killing a man last week near 80th Street and National Avenueis now facing a second degree homicide charge.

Jacob Paradinovich, 30, is charged in the death of 37-year-old Timothy Theis. He allegedly stabbed Theis in the head.

Theis was hospitalized last Thursday and on Friday he was dead.

According to police, Paradinovich and Theis were in a car together near the site of the attack. Paradinovich pulled the car over and the two got into a fight before he stabbed Theis in the head.

Paradinovich called 911 after he stabbed Theis and stayed until first responders arrived. He was taken into custody at the scene.
