MILWAUKEE -- A man has serious injuries after a crash in Milwaukee Thursday afternoon.
The wreck happened at 2:25 p.m. at Fond du Lac Avenue and Silver Spring Drive.
Milwaukee police said an 84-year-old man from Mequon was making a left turn when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 25-year-old man from Milwaukee.
The 84-year-old man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The 25-year-old man was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
Officials said speed was a factor in the crash.
