Grafton man charged with producing, distributing and possessing child pornography

The man faces a maximum of 70 years in prison

A Grafton man has been charged with producing, distributing and possessing child pornography.
 
Seth Foerster, 35, was arrested  on September 9 after an investigation by the FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force.  
 
The indictment alleges:
  • Foerster used a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of such conduct in September 2014
  • Foerster distributed computer images of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct in July 2016
  • Foerster possessed a computer which contained visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct in September 2016
Foerster will be arraigned on Wednesday, October 12.
 
If convicted, Foerster faces 15 to 30 years in federal prison on the production charge; five to 20 years on the distribution charge; and 20 years on the possession charge.
