MILWAUKEE — Six pictures of Black men and women were found tied to nooses around the Riverside Park area of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said.
The photos and nooses were found on June 20 near Riverside Park and North Oakland Avenue.
The Sheriff's Office said that each photo was of a Black man or woman who was killed by law enforcement or another individual. There were descriptions of the events attached to each card too.
The Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find the people who did this.
