42-year-old man shot, killed on Milwaukee's north side Friday night

MILWAUKEE – A 42-year-old man was shot and killed on the city’s north side late Friday night.

It happened just before 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of 22nd Street and Capitol Drive.

According to police, the homicide occurred during an altercation between the victim and suspect – who are acquaintances.  The suspect was arrested at the scene.

Police say the case will be reviewed by the district attorney’s office in the coming week and their investigation is ongoing.
