MUKWONAGO — A 23-year-old was killed in a car accident Friday near STH 83 in Mukwonago, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
Officials say a 70-year-old man was driving southbound on STH 83 around 4:13 p.m. when he turned to head westbound at Sugden. When turning, the 70-year-old was hit by the 23-year-old who was heading southbound on STH 83.
Officers arrived on the scene and treated the 70-year-old for minor injuries. The 23-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the incident..
The sheriff's department said the 23-year-old was from Burlington. However, they have not released his name at this time.
