Two people involved in the deadly beating of a Milwaukee man have been sentenced to 38 years combined.
Brandon Katzfey punched Delvin Mendoza-Chapparo after he said he stole his phone. He was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
His brother was also involved.
Sarah Zakzesky was sentenced to 10 years for filming the beating and posting it to Snapchat.
