2 injured after drive-by shooting in Milwaukee

There are no suspects in custody

MILWAUKEE -- Two men have serious injuries after a drive-by shooting in Milwaukee Friday afternoon.

The incident happened at approximately 11:40 a.m. near 16th and Nash streets. 

Milwaukee police said the victims, a 22-year old man from Milwaukee and a 24-year old man from Milwaukee, were sitting in a vehicle when they were shot by someone in a passing vehicle.

Both men were taken to the hospital and are being treated.

There are no suspects in custody. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are unclear at this time.
