TOWN OF BELGIUM — The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says a 17-year-old has died after being involved in a rollover crash Thursday morning.
Officers say shortly before 9:00 a.m. Thursday, the teen was driving southbound on County Highway KW at a high rate of speed when he left the roadway, traveled over a raised bank of the railroad tracks, struck a tree line on the east side of the road where it came to a final resting point on its roof.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says the driver was ejected and died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
