MILWAUKEE -- One man was killed and another was injured following a double shooting in Milwaukee Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at approximately 5 p.m. near 10th and Burleigh streets.
The victim was identified Wednesday as 26-year-old Kirby L. Clark.
Milwaukee police said the men were shot while sitting in a vehicle.
Clark was taken to the hospital but died from his injuries. The other man is expected to survive.
There are no suspects in custody.
