MOUNT PLEASANT -- A driver is in critical condition and their passenger is dead Sunday after crashing a car into a fire department building.
It happened at the South Shore Fire Department in Mt. Pleasant at about 2:30 a.m.
The female passenger died at the scene. A man was air lifted to the hospital.
Mt. Pleasant Police tell TODAY'S TMJ4 both victims were wearing seatbelts at the time. They are still investigating the crash.
