The Wisconsin Lottery says a million dollar Mega Millions ticket was sold in Mount Horeb as part of Tuesday night's drawing.

The Wisconsin Lottery posted about the winner in southern Wisconsin on its website.

The $1 million winning ticket is the second-highest prize available in the game, with the winner having to match all 5 white balls, but missing the Mega Ball number. The odds of winning $1 million are 1 in 12,607,306, as opposed to the odds of 1 in 302,575,350 to win the jackpot.

The winning numbers for the highly anticipated drawing with a $1.6 billion jackpot were 5, 28, 62, 65, and 70 with a Mega Ball of 5. At least one jackpot-winning ticket was sold in South Carolina.

The $1 million ticket sold in Mount Horeb is one of 35 sold across the country for Tuesday's drawing, WISC-TV reports. That includes eight in California, four in Florida and New York, two in Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey and Virgina, and one in Arizona, Washington, D.C., Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

In addition to the $1 million winner, two people in Wisconsin won $10,000 for matching four numbers plus the Mega Ball. 119 other people won $500 by matching four numbers without the Mega Ball, according to the Wisconsin Lottery.
