A report says that Harley-Davidson is recalling 238,300 bikes from 2017 and 2018 after what it calls a hydraulic clutch assembly issue.

The Business Journal says the company, based in Milwaukee, is making the voluntary recall.

It comes on the heels of an announcement of its 3rd quarter sales being down 13.3 percent compared to the same time in 2017, but its international sales rising by 2.6 percent.

Harley-Davidson says it still has a majority of the United States motorcycle market share (50.9 percent) and its European market share has risen to 10.4 percent.

This is Harley-Davidson's second recall of the year. Its first came from the recall of 175,000 motorcycle models from 2008-11 due to brake fluid issues, according to the Business Journal.
