The Original HOT Wisconsin Cheese trailer will live on in Plymouth, Wis.

The trailer will be set up at Capelle's Farm Market beginning Friday.
For those unfamiliar, menu items at Original HOT Wisconsin Cheese include cheddar nuggets, mozzarella fingers, jalapeño white cheddar, bacon cream cheese on a stick and many more savory, gooey options.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays. Capelle's Farm Market is located at 2236 Eastern Avenue.
