Now, customers can shop online and do contact-less pickup or shop inside from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily.
“We are ready to welcome our customers back to Macy’s stores in the Milwaukee community,” said Marc Mastronardi, chief stores officer at Macy’s. “We’re introducing new precautions to keep your family and ours safe and are now offering curbside pick-up to make getting what you want quick and easy."
These precautions include the installation of hand sanitizing stations, implementation of social distancing, and all employees will wear face masks. They will also clean the stores frequently.
Even with these precautions in place, some people may not be comfortable going in the stores. That is why they are also introducing contact-free pickup. Simply place an order online and pick it up at the store between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
According to Macy's, most orders placed before noon will be available for same-day pickup.
