Good Samaritan makes face masks, puts them out for public to take

MILWAUKEE — One good Samaritan has taken it upon them self to make face masks for locals and is giving them away for free.

If you found yourself walking through Walker's Point on Saturday you may have seen a few face masks hanging on a fence.

The is the work of one good Samaritan who has chosen to make these face masks and leave them out for the public to take.

Many more people have been using face masks after the federal government said it wouldn't hurt to wear them while out.

Whether you're going to the grocery store, or just picking up some food, you will likely see many people out and about with face masks on.

Many people have been using make shift masks by using bandannas or simply pulling their shirt over their mouth. However, this one good Samaritan is giving some folks another option.

According to the sign posted on the fence, these masks are machine washable and 100% cotton.
