TWIN LAKES — Wisconsin's Country Thunder still has a giant question mark around it as fans wait for a decision on if the event will happen or not.
As events like the Wisconsin State Fair continue to get canceled or postponed due to the coronavirus, country fans are stuck wondering if Country Thunder will happen this year. And if it does, when?

Apparently fans aren't the only ones wondering that, though. The festival took to Facebook Thursday and announced that they are still discussing the fate of Country Thunder with state and local officials.
Experts and festival employees want to protect staff and visitors, but no decision has been made. It appears they are still assessing all their options.
As of now, the event is scheduled for July 16 through July 19 in Twin Lakes.
