WISCONSIN — The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has released the names of the Wisconsin nursing homes with active COVID-19 cases.

As of May 13, there are 38 nursing homes within the state which have active COVID-19 cases. However, there have been 46 nursing homes affected, eight of them have had their patients fully recovered.
According to DHS, a nursing home is no longer considered active 28 days after the last positive case was confirmed.
