WISCONSIN — Amazon recently announced that they had hired nearly 80,000 new employees, and 700 of them are from Wisconsin.

Even with unemployment surging due to the coronavirus, Amazon is hiring. They just hired 700 new employees from Wisconsin.

Many of these Wisconsin employees had been laid off due to the global pandemic. However, thanks to Amazon, these employees will once again have a steady income.

The company says the new employees will fill a range of roles. These roles include packing and delivering Amazon orders.

The employees came from all different fields. Before the pandemic, they worked as flight attendants, rideshare drivers, restaurant employees, personal trainers, and more.

Even with this massive hiring, Amazon still has open positions. If you are interested in applying or know someone who might, click hereto start the application process.
