WISCONSIN — All local Social Security offices have closed amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Starting Tuesday, the offices will only offer phone assistance in order to protect seniors in the community and employees.

In addition to assistance over the phone, the offices also offer online help. To access this online assistance, click here.

According to a press release, local offices will still be able to provide critical services such as helping you apply for benefits and answer any questions.

If you already had an appointment made, or a hearing coming up, the social security offices will be conducting it over the phone.
