AJ Bombers, Smoke Shack reopen for dine-in

MILWAUKEE — AJ Bombers, Smoke Shack, and Onesto have reopened for dine-in services.

As of Tuesday, all of these restaurants have reopened for dine-in and outdoor seating. However, things may look and run a little differently than they did before the coronavirus hit.

Hospitality Democracy, the group that owns the restaurants, has put safety precautions in place to protect staff and visitors. Staff also underwent intensive health and safety training.

Some of the adjustments you may see is increased space between tables, less multi-use condiment bottles, and additional hand sanitizing stations.

Guests are also being asked to wear a face mask when entering and whenever they're not at their table. All restaurants are functioning on a reservation-preferred basis.

Some Hospitality Democracy restaurants have made additional changes as well. Onesto has introduced a new walk-up window that is open daily beginning at 7 a.m.

Smoke Shack has introduced a virtual kitchen, Smokin' Wings. Smokin' Wings is a delivery and pickup concept only.
