MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. — Two crashes have caused major backups Friday evening. They both happened around 4 p.m.
CRASH ONE
All lanes on I-41/94 Northbound are being diverted at 7 Mile Road following a multi-vehicle crash that happened at Drexel Avenue.
Milwaukee County Sheriff said in a tweet that there are serious injuries. They also said that the backup would persist for a few hours.

CRASH TWO:
UPDATE: According to DOT the crash has been cleared and traffic is slow moving.
All lanes are closed due to a crash in the Hale Interchange in Greenfield. The ramp from I-41/894 southbound to I-894 eastbound is closed with traffic diverting at I-43 southbound. Traffic is backed up to the Zoo Interchange.
Milwaukee County Sheriff said that there are multiple injuries.
