The Dental Professionals of Germantown are hosting their 7th annual 'Halloween Candy Buy Back' November 1 from 3-6 p.m.
The group is trying to curb the amount of dental issues that often come with over-consumption of the candy that comes with the holiday.
Children will receive $1 for every pound of candy donated, up to five pounds, along with a toothbrush. All donations will be sent to Wisconsin troops overseas.
Last year's event donated over 1,600 pounds.
The event will be held at the group's Germantown office.
