MILWAUKEE -- Due to unsafe flying conditions, the Thunderbirds were unable to fly a full performance Sunday evening along Milwaukee's lakefront.
The Thunderbirds were part of the Milwaukee Air and Water Show program. Only one Thunderbird plane was able to make a couple passes over the lakefront.
On Sunday, the Milwaukee Air and Water Show announced they would be flying a limited show Sunday due to poor weather. The start of the show Sunday was also delayed.
The Milwaukee Air and Water Show thanked their sponsors, fans, and volunteers in a tweet for coming out and supporting the show.
