The Jewish holiday has many traditions, as told by Rabbi Noah in video above.
He came in on Live at Daybreak to share with our Julia Fello and Elissia Wilson how to make Latkes.
Here are the ingredients:
- 2½ pounds potatoes
- Large onion
- 3/4 cup matzo meal
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying ( be careful! )
