Appearance requests information

If you would like a reporter or anchor to speak at your event, you must submit the request to us. Requests must be submitted 6-8 weeks in advance of the event but not more than 4-5 months prior to the event. Please click here to send us an email that includes the following information:

1.Name of Person you are requesting (put ANY if you don't have a preference)
2.Event Name
3.Event Date
4.Event Time
5.Number of People at Event
6.Phone Number
7.Email Address
8.Please give us a brief description of what you expect and time commitment required*

Please note: Scheduled appearances may be canceled due to breaking news coverage. Due to the large volume of requests, not all appearance requests can be honored and only requests from non-profit agencies and organizations will be considered.
