Milwaukee Police are asking for assistance in locating a man who committed Theft by Fraud on Sept. 21.
The suspect entered a business on the 300 block of West Kilbourn Ave. claiming to be a service repair contractor. The business paid the man for services that he never completed.
Police describe the man as a white male, 5 ft. 10 in. tall, 250 pounds with medium length black hair and a goatee.
