Milwaukee police responded to a deadly hit-and-run crash on 35th Street in Milwaukee’s South side Tuesday afternoon.
The police said a 62-year-old was crossing the street when a car hit him around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, and he died on the scene.
The car drove away after the crash and the MPD is still looking for the suspect.
Police believe they have found the car involved in the deadly crash.
Deadly hit-and-run accidents have become frequent so far this year. At the beginning of April there had already been seven deadly crashes in 2017.
