Friday starts out sunny and cold

and last updated

It has been another day of clouds, some sun, temps in the 50s, and scattered showers. The showers will be out of here by 7pm and then the sky clears out and we have the coldest night of the season so far.

A Frost Advisory is in effect tonight for all of SE Wisconsin. Milwaukee will drop to 38 and should be ok, but just west of the city and the lake will drop to near freezing and will be frosty in the morning.

Friday starts out sunny and cold but clouds increase during the day with highs near 50. A few spots will not get out of the 40s. At least the wind is light and we are rain-free, but it will be cold for high school football.

Saturday is partly cloudy and chilly with highs in the low 50s and rain showers will be here by sunset. Rain is likely Saturday night and Sunday morning with lows near 40 (so it will be rain). The rain tapers off Sunday afternoon but it remains cloudy and breezy with highs in the low 50s. The sun returns on Monday with a high near 60. Tuesday will be near 70 with a few afternoon showers.
