We had some early morning rain, southerly winds to 40 mph and we tied a record of 55 in Milwaukee. The cold front has moved into western WI and it will arrive in Milwaukee this evening with spotty light rain and a wind shift to the NW at 20-40 mph. Then the temps tumble and we wake up to 15 in Milwaukee and 10 inland with wind chills to -5. The NE wind will still gust to 30 mph. Thursday is cloudy, windy and cold with a high of 17, wind chills near 0 and flurries.

Christmas morning is cold with lows in the single digits and wind chills to -10. We get to enjoy some sun but it remains cold with highs near 20 and a brisk NW wind. Saturday is pleasant with sun, a light breeze and highs in the 30s. Sunday is in the mid 30s before clouds and snow showers move in by afternoon. This could bring enough snow that we will have to get out the shovels on Monday.
