The snow moved in overnight and continued all morning with 2-4” of snow north of Milwaukee, while Milwaukee, Waukesha and areas south only had about 1”. After a midday break form the snow, another snow band has developed just in time for the evening commute. An additional dusting to 2” of snow is expected by 9pm. Then the clouds clear out and it gets cold tonight with lows near 20 in Milwaukee to teens inland. On top of that, wind chills will be between 5 and 14 degrees. Thankfully it will be sunny on Thursday because it is cold with a high of 29, and wind chills in the teens all day.

Friday morning is in the teens for everyone, and the afternoon is sunny and cold with a high of 30. It will feel a little better with a lighter wind. Clouds increase on Saturday, and so does the temp into the lower 40s. There is a slight chance for light rain/snow in the afternoon and evening. The best chance for light snow is Saturday night into Sunday morning, with an isolated light rain/snow mix on Sunday. Sunday will be in the mid 30s with a brisk NW wind. Another cold front brings even colder temps for Monday and Tuesday with highs in the 20s and morning wind chills near 0.
