Warming up tonight, high of 40 Thursday with a chance of snow

and last updated 2019-12-11 19:32:56-05

It was a clear and cold morning with temps in the single digits except for Milwaukee at 11. We woke to wind chills of -5 to -10, and the cold breeze kept wind chill sin the single digits all day despite sunshine.

This evening is clear, cold and frosty and temps drop into the single digits inland and 12 in Milwaukee before midnight. Then a warm front moves in overnight with clouds and a southerly wind. The temp will increase to 29 by sunrise. The clouds will bring flurries and light snow for the morning (dusting of accumulation), and then it will be drizzle in the afternoon with a high of 40 and gusts to 30 mph.

We stay cloudy on Friday with a high of 40. By evening, there is a chance for a light rain/snow mix. That storm system is here on Saturday with light morning snow followed by an after wintry mix with a high of 35. Behind the cold front, Sunday is sunny, breezy and cold with highs in the lower 20s. Another chance for snow moves in Monday afternoon into Tuesd
