Pleasant warmer weather Monday. Tracking dropping temperatures this week.

and last updated 2019-11-04 23:36:37-05

After last night’s rain, today stayed mostly cloudy, but comfortable with a high of 50. I hope you got a chance to enjoy it, because that is the warmest it gets the rest of the week. In fact, that is warm compared to the rest of the week. A cold front is already shifting the wind and dropping the temp in SE Wisconsin this evening and we will be in the upper 30s by 10pm and a brisk wind. By morning, we fall into the upper 20s with wind chills near 20. At least it will be sunny, and we get to enjoy the sun all day. We will need it because the high temp is only 38 with a 20 mph wind.

Clouds increase Tuesday evening and snow showers are likely Tuesday night into Wednesday morning with about 1-2” of snow. There could be a few spots north of Milwaukee that see 3” of snow. Wednesday afternoon is cloudy with scattered light rain and highs in the upper 30s, but we could see a little snow by evening as the temps drop. Another cold front moves through the area Wednesday night with lows in the teens Thursday morning and highs struggling to get out of the 20s and a brisk NW wind. Thankfully it will be sunny on Thursday and Friday, but we stay cold on Friday with a high of 31 after a low of 16.
