Humidity continues into the holiday weekend

It’s shaping up to be a beautiful but warm and humid holiday weekend. There will be slight chances for pop-up storms here and there but no washouts are expected. Tonight looks mostly clear, mild and muggy with lows in the upper 60s. On Friday, expect a slight chance for a stray shower or thunderstorm otherwise partly cloudy skies with highs in the 80s & 90s. The 4th of July will be mostly sunny, very warm and humid with highs near 90°. There will be a slight chance for some isolated showers and thunderstorms on Sunday otherwise expect partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 80s.

Our warm and humid pattern will continue into next week. Chances for hit-or-miss thunderstorms will return for Monday afternoon with highs in the upper 80s. Tuesday looks partly cloudy and dry with highs near 86°. Wednesday and Thursday will be very warm and sticky with highs near 90° and dew points in the 70s; some pop-up storms will also be possible in the afternoon.
