Slight chance for flurries, drizzle overnight

and last updated

After morning lows near 30, it stayed cloudy today with highs near 40 and a light breeze. This evening is dreary and damp with some fog and drizzle. As temps drop to near freezing, we could see some snowflakes and freezing drizzle. I am not expecting any issues on the roads. This weak system is here until Saturday morning with a light wintry mix in the morning. Just a dusting of snow is expecting in some areas. The rest of the day is mostly cloudy, breezy and cool with a high of 33 at noon, and dropping into the 20s in the afternoon behind the cold front.

Sunday morning is in the teens, and despite a lot of sun, it is a cold day with highs in the lower 20s. The weather is sunny and cold at Lambeau with highs in the teens for Packers/Bears. The wind will be light. Another chance for snow moves into the Midwest Monday afternoon. As of Friday evening, the accumulating snow stays in Chicago, but in yesterday’s forecast we were expecting a few inches to shovel. Stay tuned over the weekend.
