Freeze Warning, Frost Advisory issued for overnight for southeast Wisconsin

A Freeze Warning has been issued for Dodge, Fond du Lac, and Sheboygan Counties from midnight tonight until 8 a.m. Tuesday.

A Frost Advisory has been issued for Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha Counties from midnight tonight until 8 a.m. Tuesday.

We started out this Monday morning with temperatures in the 30s and some areas of patchy frost. Although today is warmer than yesterday, it’s still unseasonably cool with highs only in the 50s. Tonight will be another chilly night with patchy frost and lows in the mid to upper 30s. Expect mostly sunny skies on Tuesday with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Our warming trend will continue through the balance of the week along with chances for showers and thunderstorms. Most of Wednesday will be mostly sunny and dry with highs near 60° but heading into Wednesday night some showers will be possible. Showers and thunderstorms are likely for Thursday with highs in the 60s. Friday looks partly cloudy and dry with highs in the 60s.
