Freeze warning on the way for Saturday

After a wacky morning of light snow and sunshine, we are wrapping up this Friday evening mostly sunny and cold with temperatures mainly in the 40s, and wind chills in the 20s & 30s.

A Freeze warning goes into effect at midnight for all of SE Wisconsin. Tonight will be partly cloudy and cold with lows in the lower 30s near the lake and mid to upper 20s inland. Saturday will be mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Rain moves in Saturday night and will continue for Sunday. Rainy, breezy conditions can be expected into Sunday afternoon with highs in the 40s. There could be some snowflakes mixing in with the rain at times.

Next week will start out cool but a warming trend can be expected by midweek. Monday will be partly cloudy, breezy and cool with highs in the upper 40s.

Tuesday looks mostly sunny and pleasant with highs in the 50s. More warmth and rain will move into the area for Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the 50s and 60s.
