A semi-truck rollover and multiple car crash has left both sides of I-43 blocked Friday afternoon.
The Southbound lane opened up after around 4:00 p.m. but Northbound traffic was completely stopped as crews worked to clean up the crash.
One man says he had to crawl out of his overturned car after the crash.
"Honestly, I thought I was going to get paralyzed or not going to make it," Harrison DeVries said. "I saw [the semi] almost flip. It was just about to flip and that's when it hit the back of my car. My car went flying. It's shocking how fast things can happen. That's the one thing I learned today. How fast my car can be ok and I'm headed home to now, it's on its top."

The Milwaukee County Sheriff said there was only one injury considered serious but it was not life threatening. All other injuries were considered minor, which was miraculous considering the scene.
"Luckily I only have a couple scrapes," DeVries said. "It's pretty crazy. I'm absolutely grateful I'm able to walk away. I'm grateful I'm able to keep going."
Crews cleared the other vehicles involved in the crash pretty quickly but the semi and a car pinned underneath the trailer took a little longer.
A third tow truck was needed to help flip the semi right side up.
All lanes of traffic were open just before 7:00 p.m.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff says six vehicles were involved in the crash.
