The Badgers took care of business Thursday, defeating the Virginia Tech Hokies 84-74 Thursday to advance to the next round in the East bracket of the NCAA Tournament.
Wisconsin will take on Villanova, the number one seed and defending National Champions, on Saturday in its second round matchup.
With this win, Wisconsin will also play for a chance to go to the Sweet 16 for the fourth consecutive year.
