The Wisconsin Badgers are reloading the roster on National Signing Day after an 11-win season in 2016.
According to 247Sports.com, Wisconsin has brought in 18 new faces, including four-star guard Kayden Kyles of Middleton, Wis. 247Sports ranks Kyles 14th at his position and 206th in the nation.
Wisconsin picked up two four-star recruits and 14 three-star recruits in total.
The entire class ranks seventh in the Big Ten and 40th overall. Wisconsin’s recruiting class finished sixth in the conference and 32nd in the country last year.
247Sports ranked Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State as the top three incoming classes in the Big Ten. The Buckeyes brought in five five-star players, while the Wolverines amassed a whopping 30 new recruits.
The Badgers have not compiled a top-30 national class since 2001 under Barry Alvarez. That class finished with a 29-22 total record over their next four seasons.
