Hayes played in 150 games over four years at Wisconsin, and was a key cog in the Badgers four consecutive Sweet 16 appearances. The 6'8 forward posted 14.8 points and 6.2 rebounds during his junior and senior seasons in Madison.
Hayes' UW teammate Bronson Koenig signed a two-way contract with the Milwaukee Bucks earlier in the summer. Koenig figures to spend most of his time with the Bucks' new G-League team in Oshkosh, the Wisconsin Herd.
Both Hayes and Koenig went undrafted.
