GREEN BAY -- Bart Starr made a triumphant return to the stadium where he became the winningest championship quarterback in NFL history.
Just feet from the site of his historic quarterback sneak in the Ice Bowl, the Packers legend stood with assistance as he traveled through the southeast tunnel to the south end zone.

Fans embraced Starr's first return to Lambeau since Thanksgiving 2015.
Starr's health has been a major challenge with numerous strokes and a heart attack in recent years.
He came back to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Ice Bowl team, the first and only three-peat in modern NFL history.
